As a result, parties can continue to have an enhanced working or family relationship, focusing on growth and life- long learning. This is accomplished by guiding individuals, families, and organizations to develop their own specific strategies and transform conflicts into win-win resolutions.
Our current focus is three fold: Efficient conflict resolution, Prevention of on-going unresolved conflicts resulting in expensive legal and court proceedings, and Planning for better communication systems leading to future relationships.

Center for Mindful Mediation is an Alternative Dispute Resolution firm offering mediation services, consulting, and training in conflict management. We are a boutique firm and focus on families, small businesses, and non-profit organizations with 50 or more employees.

Our team is led by Marjaneh Manavi who is a certified mediator through National Association of Certified Mediators and the Center for Dispute Resolution. Ms. Manavi has a master’s degree in health education with an emphasis on promoting mental health and prevention of stress related illnesses. She has over fifteen years of experience working with non-profit organizations at a top-level leadership position. She has also volunteered in local school districts as a liaison between the families and school administrators. She is a proud single mother of two successful adult children and is very familiar with day-to-day communication and relational challenges of maintaining healthy parent/child connections.
